Skin Discoloration Removal
Alternatives to Blue Light Therapy can be Photofacial Pulse light laser.
Before the Blue Light Therapy a photosensitive gel is applied to the skin. Few minutes later a series of intense light is emitted over the entire spot on the body. The tiny capillaries and any colored material on the surface of the skin (freckles age spots, hyper pigmentation) is heated and the colors are either absorbed or evaporated. The energy of the light creates micro pores in the capillaries causing them to shrink. this process is repeated in 3 to 4 week intervals. This special light, which is different than laser treatments, emits light over many wavelengths allowing the light to penetrate to all the levels of the skin where abnormal easily dilated vessels can be found.
If you have generalized redness on your body, skin, broken capillaries, pregnancy mask, discolorations, shallow acne scars, sun spots, sun damage, freckles, dark circles under the eyes, hyper pigmentation, pigmentation problems and do not wish to have a long procedure or a lengthy downtime…Blue Light Therapy may be the right treatment for you.
